Item says it is a 3XL but my husband who is a L/XL couldn't even fit one sleeve into it because it is too small for him. My son tried it on who is an adult small and it was a little large on him. It's possible that it is meant to be a child's 3XL but this is much too large to be a child's vest. Does not say what the material is but it is very soft and feels well made.
