Sleek flowy Zara wide leg pants size M (31” waist)

These are brand new Zara pants. I’m having a hard time nailing down my Zara size and I missed the return window. I really love this look, I would just be careful to not get these if the waist size is a miss. I cannot zip these all the way and I’m like 29 jeans usually (28 Mother).
