Although it’s an XS Petite this sweater pit to pit is 18” it’s a comfortable sweater that would fit anyone from a 0-6 women’s. Depending on what look you are going for. I am 5’5” and typically wear S-M tops and this sweater fits comfortably not too small not too big.
