Black with white polka dots. Sleeveless with rouching along the top and waist. Bow at hem is sewn-in. Top hem/Sleeves hits at your shoulders. Sleeves are about elbow length and have ties/elastic. Bottom hem hits right at the pant line. Riley and James brand. Unsure of size- probably M/L
