Sleeveless Bebe top or tank w/ grey stripes in xs

I have a wonderful (made in the USA) Bebe top that is sort of a tank top with longer sides that drape down. I have worn this maybe once and it has never been washed. It has grey (different variations) stripes separated by black lines. I tried to include a measuring tape, but from top to bottom, it is 24 inches or 28 inches all the way to the bottom on the sides. The material is soft and to my surprise, the top is made in the US. Again, this is an XS
