Sleeveless Black Sheer Hi Lo Button Blouse

Black sheer sleeveless blouse by H&M Divided. Button down. Laying flat, measures approximately 19" pit t o pit, and is stretchy. The size tag says US 2, but I feel it runs large/is baggy. Roughly 19" long in the front and 24" in the back. Please carefully look at pictures. The fabric has intentional horizontal marles/snags.
