Sleeveless Cream and Black Lace Blouse Size 3X

A lightweight cream colored sleeveless blouse with black lace at the collar and ruffles at the arms. The back closes with a single button. The fabric is smooth, but has no give. It would be nice as a work shirt with a black pencil skirt or more casual dressy with jeans. Brand new with tags still attached as well as a spare button.
