Collar has pretty floral sequins - little keyhole button closure on back - brown sash tie at elastic waist - off white chiffon-like flowy skirt - pullover style - no zipper or buttons to do up - approx measurements laying flat: - 35" top of shoulder to bottom - 16" across chest (does have some stretch) - 13" waist (elastic has a little bit of stretch)
