Mystic Little Black Dress. Size is closer to juniors than women's. See measurements. Fabric is a floral pattern, almost jacquard like. It's super cute, has a high waist with a little black and white snake belt. Waist laid flat across measures 14 inches. Zips up in the back. Belt loop can easily be taken off, belt can be changed our or removed. The top is lined, the bottom half is not. I wore this ONCE, in EXCELLENT condition.
