does this have stretch to it or is it fit to 4 with small arms pit. I would need stretch to work looks like small arm holes?

@jeannettewil384 Hi, there is some stretch to the fabric. The arm hole opening is regular size but will not fit a person with large arms. Hope this helps ๐
