Want and Need Sleeveless dress - Size M Beautiful summer print maxi Missing tie in back Side slits 21" EUC no rips, tears or stains. There are little loops on back so at one point there must have been a lace up tie. Would look pretty with a cute ribbon. The loops are very tiny.
