The dress laying flat the measurements .straight across The small runs at 20 across with room to spare because of the design being A-symmetrical it flows out. the medium is at 22 with room, the large is at 24 with room to spare. This dress runs larger due to it being A -symmetrical and is of great quality made in the USA!
