Sleeveless OR off the shoulder maxi dress

Dark navy and white ankle length dress. Can be dressed down or up. I wore off the shoulder. Shoulders can be ruched for different effect. Waist stretchy with plenty of give. Would be empire waisted if you are heavy theough the bust (I was lacking lol). Very flattering and comfy. Worn on cruise once and been in closet ever since!
