Sleeveless, Polka Dot Blouse

Island Republic, collared, button front blouse with a tie-front. It is dark navy background with white polka dots. It has a slight peplum at the bottom. I believe it is mostly cotton, with perhaps a little polyester. The tag has been cut out. I think it is a size 14.
