Sleeveless Style & Co Tie around the neck top

This is such a beautiful top. It's so flattering and flows with whatever you choose to wear. You can dress it up or dress it down and still look nice. I'm re-poshing this ONLY because I'm not well endowed in the top area so I don't feel it looks right on me. It has circles all over it, it's sleeveless and ties around your neck. The circle in the front makes it POP and it looks like a necklace. Give this baby a nice loving home.
