Sleeveless Top/Shell

Bisou Bisou shell. Pre loved, beautiful fuchsia/hot pink. Polyester/spandex blend, so it gives, not constricting, but form fittingly attractive. Lovely shirred waist allows wearing it as a shell or as a sleeveless, cropped top. I've done both. I am 5' 10" the ruffle part starts right at my waist. Doesn't require dry cleaning.
