Sleeveless V-neck semi formal vine print dress

Semi formal fit & flare dress. White with purple flowers & black accents. Sleeveless with cotton straps. Zipper & eye closure. Tulle underskirt to hold flare shape. Has padding, but I found no place to take it out although it does move around. Above the knee dress. Dress has a tiny discoloration spot (photographed in last photo) Speechless size 7
