Sleeveless White & Navy Patterned Dress

This white and navy patterned dress is delicate and feminine. It fits comfortably and moves freely. I especially love the notched neckline and gathered, elastic waist. This dress would be lovely with a well-matched accent belt. Nothing in my closet matches navy, however, and I haven't been able to wear it. I hope it finds a new home because it deserves to be worn.
