New Sahara Club black velvet sleeveless shift dress with embroidered diamonds along the hem. This dress pulls over head. 72% acetate 28%nylon. Made in Korea. Size says L/14. I'm assuming it's children's, but looks like it could fit an adult xs-Small. Approx. measurements laying flat & relaxed: bust 34", length from underarm to hem 21", length from shoulder to hem 29.5".
