Sleeveless blue silk tiered maxidress S/M

beautiful tonal designs on lustrous silk so light it moves w/ every breeze. made in India. new- no tags, not even size. I'd says it's a small/ medium. plz use measurements 2 determine fit: 17" (-19")pit 2 pit 16" (-18")waist 20"+ hips *** although silk does not stretch, dress is bias-cut so can comfortably fit another 2" or 3".
