Sleeveless camel brown tan suede button down dress

One of a kind, hand made dress. Brown suede feeling, or faux suede, not sure, button down dress with tie at the waist. As this is a custom piece, please review the measurements. Should fit a small or medium well though. Bust is 36 inches, length is 39.5 inches, waist is approximately 17 inches laying flat and hip is approx 22.5 inches laying flat.
