Sleeveless flare dress

Cute vintage looking dress. It says it’s an XXL but if you look at the measurements shown in the pictures it is not. Has a hidden back zipper this dress comes just below the knees. The tie “belt” can be worn in the front or the back. Comes from a smoke free pet friendly home. I’m guessing that this dress is a cotton blend though it doesn’t say.
