Sleeveless maxi dress

Multi colored maxi dress with side slit (hand-cut, but trust me, it helps!). Adjustable acerback straps and lightweight material. I’m 5’4” and can wear with flats by tightening the straps all the way and positioning the waist a little higher. Length not altered.
