Sleeveless polka dot dress

Reposhing this item I purchased from @awilcher. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new. size 12. but I felt it ran a little small. fit me more like a 10 might. there are some signs of wash and wear but overall it's in good condition. there is a small spot at the hem that has come unstitched. see photos. drape neck with a faux tie at waist. hits me about the knee area. measurements in photos.
