Sleeveless sequin and black dress

Worn twice for semi formal dances but in great condition! Black skirt with sheer black overlay. White bandeau piece covered sheer/sequined overlay. One piece dress with black ribbon at waist. Zips up from waist to mid-back on the backside of the dress and has button at top near neck also on backside of dress.
