Sleeveless tea-length dress with scarf to tie at the waist

Purchased at Primark in the UK in 2013. Gray heather color with a stretchy, comfortable jersey-type fabric. UK/Ireland size 14 (between US medium and large). Two small belt loops at waist; originally sold with the scarf as pictured, but a skinny belt also works. It will be sold with the original scarf, but if you don’t want the scarf included, just let me know :). Machine washable. Skirt length from waist to hem is about 32.5 inches.
