Sleeveless, v neck blouse with stretchy waist

Sleeveless, button up blouse with an all over pattern. Waist has a tie at the middle - looks like a drawstring but is just stretchy. Bottom of blouse flows like a peplum top. Brass-colored buttons are a cool cone shape. Size on tag: PM Material is semi sheer, wear with a cami and you should be good to go. It's casual and comfortable for summer and can be dressed up for work.
