Sleeveless white w/blue cotton tunic dress

Great white cotton shift dress with navy detailing. Split v neck. It’s lined with cotton, which is a nice touch and keeps you cool rather than sticky. I love it with a brown flat sandal, but it could go with sneakers or flip flops too. Hits at around knee, so not a true mini. Size tag is off, but it’s medium. Worn twice!
