Sleevless, Ruffle at Sleeve Opening Lady's Blouse with Tie

Autumn hues on this dressy Calvin Klein Lady's blouse. Fully lined. "Calvin Klien" on the 5 buttons down the front. Square hem. Ruffle at the sleeve openings. There is a matching scarf to go with the blouse of the same fabric. I cannot locate a size tag on this blouse. Two pieces.. Wear the scarf separately???
