tsemanskee @pugzy3317 so sorry for the late reply-I missed your comment😳. You can place a drop under your tongue or add a few drops to water. It tastes strange since it’s essential oils mixed together but it works-perhaps for that very reason. I had several bottles....only needed to open one-a little goes a long way. ☺️
