Slim fitting dress

Extremely figure flattering dress, Can be worn to work or for a dinner out. Really professional, but so figure flattering. Has a thin belt of matching pattern. Sleeveless, but has a neckline that has a sort of cowl like draping over the arms just a bit. Very soft material. Main color is dark blue, but has geometric patters of light blue and off white throughout.
