Slimming Floral Long Sleeve Maxi Dress Size 4

Size 4. 100%polyester it appears loose fitting with a 2” thick waist band that stretches to your comfort. Flattering for all body shapes. 2 buttons that don't open- just for appearance. The torso is quite sheer. Underneath is a skirt satin-like slip that goes down to the knees or just above the knees. The catch? There is a rip in the last picture. I can't sew (properly) so I’m reducing the price for the right person who doesn’t mind sewing. No pockets. Measurements in last photo.
