Slimming ,cotton, cold shoulder 👗

With vertical lines and a slightly tapered waist this dress is slimming. I know it’s almost summer but super cute with a pair of boots. Worn once. Measures 17 inches armpit to armpit. I should’ve steamed it… Sorry.Non-smoker.
