Slinky Banana Republic Dress Navy Medium

Size medium Banana Republic dress. New with tags. Navy. Has good stretch. Side rouching. Slight cap sleeves but sleeveless. Shoulder seam to bottom hem roughly 43 inches. I am about 5’4” and it is tea length on me. Very versatile dress. Wear to work with a blazer or a wedding with a kick ass pair of heels. I bought this dress hoping to loose 10lbs and it just never fit, so it had to go, but it’s amazing and needs a good home.
