Slit sleeve mini dress

Super cute dress that looks like a black pencil skirt with a white shirt tucked in. Sleeves are ¾ length with a slit and brass bead details. Size small but a ton of stretch in the skirt. Would fit a medium. Skirt was short on me so always wore black tights with it.
