"Smak Parlour" sleeveless blouse w/ruffle, NEW, XL

"Smak Parlour" sleeveless blouse with ruffle neck and ruffles on button-down section , NEW, size XL. Color is coral/pink "ish". This blouse IS new. However, this brand (from Unique Vintage) runs small. Therefore, I washed it, to try to shrink it. It did not work. It is also pressed. Actually, I bought the exact same blouse, in a size large for myself. Fabric: 100% cotton. Measurements (approximately): neck (all around)=20", chest (flat)= 21", arm hole (all around)= 23", front length= 22", back length=25". Thanks for shopping my closet!
