Small Black and White Patterned Dress

This is super cute and lightweight, perfect for when it gets a little warmer out. I bought it and wore it once for a graduation. There is a small rip toward the bottom of the dress on the right side. Hardly noticeable but probably easily fixable. Black belt in the middle is not attached and can be tied in the front or back!
