Small Everly Lined Peaches and Cream Dress

Small Everly lined cream spaghetti strapped dress with peach pattern. This dress is new but the vendor didn’t attach any tags. 100% Polyester. Feels like chiffon. Small measures 12” across at the waist but stretches to 18”. Bust measures 17” across. I’m modeling a size M just for reference. I’m 5’5” and my measurements are bust=38” waist=32” and hips=41.
