Small H&M NYE Black Glitter Puff Sleeve Bodycon Dress

Perfect for New Years Eve! H&M fitted jersey dress. Solid black, Stretchy, Metallic fiber fabric. Long sleeves puffed/rouched at the shoulders. Size small. It’s possibly true to size and I just have a bad sense of what would fit me because at 35-28-39 (bust, waist, hip) this won’t fit me :( Probably would fit a size 2/4 or someone with a small chest. New with tags, never washed or worn.
