Tag only says made in India but I don’t know what company or manufacturer. Has a zipper pocket in main compartment & has a side compartment in front beneath the front flap. It snaps closed with a fairly large snap so it’s easy to do with one hand. There’s no stains or tears anywhere & the handle also in perfect condition.
