Small Silky Hi-Low Strapless Bird Dress

This has no internal tags for sizing or material information. I think someone made this beauty from scratch! I got it from a boutique years ago. Perfect sure dress! The runched back helps to adjust this dress for a snug fit. Definitely a size small.
