Small “Tokidoki fireworks” cotton scrub top

Small cotton scrub top. Tokidoki by Koi. Not your typical scrub top vibe- feels more in a blouse. Ruffled neckline with a cute tie, keyhole front. Sleeves are slightly capped sleeves with elastic to make it more fitted, and a ruffled hem. Two diagonal pockets at the bottom with an unfinished (but surged) hem. Back has a small portion of elastic to give the top a little bit of shape but not too fitted. In great shape as I only wore it around new years and Fourth of July (basically the holidays where fireworks are played) so lots of life left. Shoulder to bottom: 27 inches
