Small Umgee multi-colored floral dress

Flouncy A-line dress with small floral print, cute button detail, and elastic at back for waist shape. Light weight and great for warm weather! Only worn a few times. 31.5 inches from shoulder to hem. 15 inches across at waist but has elastic at back for a bit of stretch.
