Small Vintage 1970s-does-40s Peplum Waist Cropped Shirt/Jacket Brown Plaid

Great little top for that perfect retro look, with puff sleeves, a peplum waist, and an adorable beagle ear collar. 100% polyester and very well constructed. While the styling is distinctly 1940s, I would date this to the early 1970s because of the laundry instructions.
