Small black & white polkadot dress

Small black polls dots on knee length dress. Fitted in bust and flows at hips. Black bow that ties in the back (I tied it in the front in the picture though). Laced type pattern at the bottom. Strapless. Comfortable. Goes well strapless or with a cardigan. From Papaya. Size large. Worn twice.
