Small blue dress City Triangles very pretty

Size small dress made by City Triangles was worn twice. It has a ruffled top and one shoulder is ruffled, the other is a shoulder strap. Has two belt loops but no belt, in very good condition, above knee length, lined. True color shown best in first picture. Please ask any questions you may have. Thanks
