Small crochet top for over a formal dress

This is a beautiful thin sweater to be worn over a dressy dress. I don’t know if it’s handmade but it looks handmade and has crochet detail and cut outs. It’s small enough to just fold right into a purse when going to address the evening and has a beautiful button and detail around the neck, definitely elevates a black dress of any kind.
