Small halter tie back top

Beautiful & unique turquoise top. This top features a crossover front up top with a halter style strap. Under the bust line has a gorgeous embroidered “belt” with a tie back. This is a flowy fabric that has a hand made feel. The neck strap has been tied for a tighter fit but can be loosened for more give.
