Small midi dress. Blue polka dots, v neck. 3/4 sleeve

New with tag, but it doesn’t list the brand. Soft, light and flexible material. I like something a bit more fitted and that’s why this isn’t for me- if you like a dress that doesn’t hug you, you might love this.
