Small powder blue dress from Target

A blue-tiful dress for spring, with ruffle accents and pockets. The material is soft and doesn't wrinkle easily, and there is a lot of stretch to this dress so it can accommodate larger waists and busts, probably up to a L in certain cases. The arms are nice and roomy, so that shouldn't be an issue either! Hope you love her as much as I did!
